These Terms set the rules for using SpinRise in Canada. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to follow applicable local laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Operator and licence
SpinRise is operated by Hollycorn N.V., registered in Curaçao under No. 144359. We are regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence OGL/2023/176/0095.
Eligibility in Canada
Access depends on legal eligibility where you live. In Canada, you must be at least 19 years old, or the legal age in your province or territory, whichever is higher.
You are responsible for confirming that online gambling is lawful at your location. A wide list of restricted countries cannot play for real money.

- Some studios or game titles may be unavailable in specific regions.
- Additional availability limits may apply in Canada and Ontario.
- Players in Sweden and Finland are not eligible for bonuses.
Accounts and verification
Only one account per person is allowed to help keep play fair and support risk controls. If duplicate accounts are identified, we may close them and void related winnings.
We may request identity documents for KYC checks and may also require a phone check. If requested KYC is not completed, we may lock the account and winnings may be forfeited after the stated deadlines.
Payments, currencies, and withdrawals
We support multiple account currencies, including CAD, and selected cryptocurrencies. Supported fiat currencies include EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, and NOK.
Minimums can vary by method and currency, but typical thresholds start around CAD 20.00 for deposits and CAD 50.00 for withdrawals. If a payment system sets a per-transaction cap, larger payouts may be processed in parts.
Our payments team aims to process withdrawal requests within 48 hours. Banks and payment networks may add extra time, and bank transfers may take up to 7 banking days.
Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.
Using deposited funds before cash-out
Deposits must be wagered before you request a cash-out. This helps prevent payment misuse and supports AML controls.

Your account is not a bank account. No interest is paid, and no exchange services are offered.
Bonuses and promotions

If misuse is detected, we may void bonuses and related winnings. Examples include multi-accounting, chargebacks, stolen cards, forged documents, or other advantage play.
Responsible play
Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money. Set boundaries that fit your routine and keep spending under control.

Errors, liability, and prohibited conduct
Gambling carries a risk of loss. We are not responsible for hardware, software, or connectivity issues that affect access or play.
If a wager, payout, or credit occurs in error, we may cancel or re-settle affected bets and reverse funds credited incorrectly. Pricing mistakes and incorrect credits may be corrected or voided.
Dishonest or abusive behaviour, collusion, interference with our systems, or the use of bots and automated tools is prohibited. We may investigate suspected breaches and take action, including account suspension, prize removal, and legal remedies where appropriate.
Refund requests
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the transaction. If you allege unauthorized access, the request window extends to 30 days.
We may require KYC documents before processing a refund. Refunds may first offset the total deposited on cards, and any excess may be paid using another available method.
Refunds usually complete within 5–7 banking days.
Inactive accounts
If you do not log in for 12 months, your account becomes inactive. A monthly admin fee may be deducted until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
Complaints, disputes, and claims
For complaints or disputes, contact support using the channels provided in the service environment. If the issue is not resolved initially, it may be handled through an internal escalation process.
If what you saw on screen differs from recorded outcomes, server records determine the result. Disputes are handled by arbitration in Cyprus under Cyprus Civil Procedure Rules.
Any claim related to these Terms must be filed within 1 year.
Non-transferability and account closure
You may not assign, pledge, sell, or transfer accounts, balances, winnings, or claims without our consent. Only the account holder may file complaints and manage account actions.
If you want to close your account, you can request closure through support. If we detect a material breach, we may suspend or close the account, forfeit bonuses, and confiscate winnings tied to that breach.
